Mibby is a free daily estimation game at mibby.gg, made by Advanced Tech Services LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the game, and how to delete your data. Last updated 4 November 2026.

What we collect

When you play, your browser gets a random device id. We store it with your puzzle runs: your guesses, how long each took, and your scores. We also store your streak, any display name you choose, and the friends and squads you join.

If you sign in, we also store your email address. You can play without signing in.

When you sign in, Mibby records the country your connection comes from. We don’t store your IP address or city for this.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with Mibby. We use your email only to sign you in and recognise your account on other devices. Your display name is the one you choose, not your Google name. Other players never see your email or picture.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI models. We share it only with the services below that run sign-in for us. Mibby’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use it

We use your data to run the game: to score your guesses, keep your streak, and show leaderboards, friends, and squads. We also use it to stop cheating and to fix problems. Leaderboards show only your display name and scores.

We use your country only for country leaderboards. Other players see it only through your place on your country’s board. You can change or hide your country in Account.

Who helps us run the game

Supabase stores the game database and handles sign-in. Resend delivers our sign-in emails. Vercel hosts the website. PostHog is our only analytics service. It receives gameplay events linked to your random device id, never your email or display name. These services may log technical details such as your IP address. There are no ads, and we never sell your data.

Cookies and storage

We keep your device id in a first-party cookie and in your browser’s local storage. Local storage also holds your settings, your sign-in session, and the analytics id. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your game data while you play, so your history and streak survive. Delete it at any time, as described below.

Delete your data

Open Account and choose “Delete my data.” This removes your player record, runs, streak, social links, and name. Anonymous aggregate score histograms remain. To also remove your sign-in record, email privacy@mibby.gg. We delete it within 30 days.

Deleting your data also removes your country.

Children

Mibby is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has signed in, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date above.
